My last class in San Francisco was July 19th, 2009. I am moving to Brooklyn, New York for grad school. Classes at Grace Cathedral will be taken over by Darren Main, Monday at Yoga Flow by Rusty Wells, and Wednesday at Yoga Flow by Les Leventhal. New teachers at James Howell Studio have not been decided yet. Hope to see you in New York, or on my Kalani Yoga Retreat on the Big Island, Hawai'i, next Spring! |

| Class are built around sequencing inspired by Kundalini Tantra Hatha Yoga practice, using the alignment principles of Iyengar Yoga, and the integration of breath and movement and internal energetics of Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga, with deep inspiration from Andrey Lappa's Universal Vinyasa Yoga approach. Donation Yoga class descriptions are linked to within the schedule above. Yoga Flow classes vary in theme weekly somewhat, depending on the requests that you bring to the practice. Though practice will be quite physically challenging, the focus will tend to be on the inner work of yoga. Please bring your sense of humor! | |||||
